How to order :

Personal :

Choose the product you want and send us email at sales@tokogenset.com and include the product you want on the Subject . Or you could simply click the Order Now !  link next to the prices.

Include your name / delivery address on your email, and we will contact you for further instruction regarding the confirmation. After you have made your Down Payment , please confirm it with us via phone / fax or email

The rest of the payment will be made after the item is delivered / installed at your desired location.

For purchases outside Jabodetabek area ( with or without installation ) , payment should be made 100% in advance.

Corporate:

Choose the product you want and send us your confirmation in form of Purchase Order ( PO ) and send it to us via Fax / Email

Payment term is 30% Down Payment and 70% before delivery from our warehouse ( or after installation at your desired location - Jabodetabek Area Only )

For purchases outside Jabodetabek area ( with or without installation ) , payment should be made 100% in advance.

Delivery Time :

After confirmation of order and downpayment , your order will be ready to be delivered/installed within 1x 24 hours ( depending on stock availability , location of installation and schedule )
